 Singapore Attraction - The Merlion at SentosaThe Majestic Giant Merlion (Guardian of the island)………..You will see the Merlion at the Entrance before you reach Sentosa, Singapore’s tallest tourism Icon. The status stand about 37 meter tall and is located at the end of the Merlion walk.
Discover the Singapore’s very own myths and legend of the Lion City in an animated movie……..! The legend of how Prince Sang Nila Utama discovers Singapore in the 11th century when he saw the lion on the island.
The main attraction of The Merlion is that you can go up to the open air viewing gallery to have a glimpse of the island and some part of the main land.
If you hungry you can get a quick snacks or iced cool drink at the Delifrance café. And if you are looking for some souvenir to bring home I suggest that you can go to the Merlion shop. Operating hours – 10am to 8pm daily
