The Kuan Yin Thong Hood Cho, situated in Waterloo Street was built in 1884. This popular Taoist temple is dedicated to Kuan Yin, the Goddess of Mercy. The temple attracts large numbers of worshippers, many of them even from other Asian countries.

I love every second of it. You could easily spend half a day here walking the grounds and taking pictures of the flowers.

In addition to the boardwalk, another popular attraction is the HSBC TreeTop Walk, a 250 m aerial free standing suspension bridge spanning Bukit Pierce and Bukit Kalang which are the two highest points in MacRitchie.
